About you-

You are an expat, an immigrant, or a third culture kid, and you are struggling to find where you belong and would like to talk to someone who has that experience.

You have left or are considering leaving a high-control situation, such as a religion or relationship. Maybe you're struggling to come to terms with who you are after this change or are feeling lost without the high-control structure.

You might be experiencing changes in your life and want support in finding or understanding yourself, building your confidence or working on your relationships.

Perhaps you haven't felt like yourself lately, maybe you're feeling anxious or depressed and would like to talk about it.

You are neurodivergent and would like to talk to someone who understands. It might be that you've become aware of your neurodivergence later in life or are struggling to know how to feel after a recent diagnosis of or self-awareness.

You are looking for an lgbtq+ ally who understands your lived experience or maybe you have a child who is lgbtq+ and want support in supporting them.

Starting counselling can feel like a big step or it might even feel scary! I offer a free, no obligation, 20-minute phone call to see if we are compatible.

About Me-

I have lived across three continents and have spent at least a decade in each; I know what it feels like to want a sense of belonging while feeling like an outsider.

I was raised in a high-demand religion: I know what it’s like to have to hide parts of yourself to feel accepted by others. I also know the sadness, loss and confusion of deconstruction and reconstruction.

I have lived experience of neurodiversity, coming to identify this later in life, and the challenges that come with it.

I am an LGBTQ+ ally and work with all gender, sex, and relationship diversity. I am kink, bdsm and non-monogamous informed and friendly.

English is my native language, and I am fluent in Spanish.

I am a trained and qualified Level 4 Therapeutic Counsellor. My approach to counselling is integrative, drawing influence from a range of therapeutic theories to help you achieve your goals in therapy. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship can be powerful and life-changing. I will always prioritise you, your uniqueness, and what you want to gain from therapy.

I am continually learning and training to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. I will be the first to admit my own gaps in knowledge, my biases and blind spots, but I am also very curious and have a desire to learn more and be better.
